New Email Passwords

As part of changes to our security protocols all Nimbus customers collecting email from POP3 mailboxes hosted by us have had their passwords changed automatically. An email was sent to all those affected on Friday, 7th December 2007 detailing the new log in details and giving information on how to update your systems. Click here to view.

If you are an affected customer who either was unable to change their password before the cutoff date, or did not receive their new password a new password then please contact us and we will be able to reset your password again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and remind our customers that the security of their data and websites is our primary concern.
